What you will learn at the session:
The first step in a successful job search is to understand yourself, not only so that you can get what you’re looking for, but also so that you can know what to look for in the first place. In this experiential, interactive presentation, participants will: * Gain a better understanding of the gifts of their own temperament, and how to use those things that come naturally to them to their best advantage. * Identify some of the essential qualities that a career must have in order to bring them satisfaction. * Learn how to use their strengths and manage challenges in the job search/career change process.
