Monday Morning Speaker: Linda Cassell

"Embracing Rejection" with Linda Cassell.

"The minute you settle for less than you deserve,
you get even less than you settled for."

If there is one thing that job seekers must learn to embrace, it’s rejection. It’s bound to happen. Learning to respond in a way that actually empowers you, will move you one step closer to your ultimate goal. It is painful. It doesn’t feel
good. Yet, it can also become one of your greatest tools for personal growth.

This inter-active presentation is designed to provide you with the techniques and strategies that enable you to work through what could be a paralyzing experience to one that energizes you to keep moving towards the goal that you so richly deserve.

Founder and President, Quantum Leap Coaching and Training

"The minute you settle for less than you deserve,
you get even less than you settled for."

Linda Cassell, is a certified executive coach, recruiter, speaker and host of the popular internet radio show, “The Art of Joyful Living.” She teaches executives how to become more effective leaders and better decision-makers. She also helps employers create work environments that promote collaborative productivity. Her clients learn customized personal development techniques, including various energy healing modalities. Together, they develop sustainable business strategies that result in new and exciting professional opportunities. Her services also include resume
writing, interview preparation, and applying the latest social media strategies to business and career goals.

Linda uses an “inside-out” approach, believing that external change is an internal process. When clients make the "mental shift" necessary to accomplish their goals, they have full access to their natural creativity. That is when the magic begins and unique ideas surface. As a result, they create inspired action plans which lead to career and business opportunities that previously seemed unattainable.

Linda's clients do not settle for less. They want to create positive change in their lives now and they are willing to do what is necessary to go for the gold. They have great dreams and, to use author Jim Collin's term, "big hairy audacious goals."

Linda works with senior level executives and business owners who are:

  • Focused on improving their leadership skills
  • Planning to take their business or organization to the next level
  • Seeking a better position within their current company or elsewhere
  • Wanting to increase their mental acuity and creative thinking skills
  • Determined to make a great living doing work they love Focused on transforming self-limiting beliefs that hinder their development into new thought patterns that support their goals
  • Dealing with the trauma of being downsized

What kind of results do Linda's clients experience when they commit the time and resources to create positive change in their lives?
  • New jobs
  • New positions
  • More money
  • Better and improved relationships
  • Healthier work environments

However, the most important results they experience happen "internally." They gain self confidence, more self-awareness, and a greater sense of their ability to influence outcomes.

Linda received her certification from the Coaches Training Institute, one of the world’s premier coaching schools. She holds Bachelor and Masters Degrees in education from Kent State University in Ohio.
