The 40Plus experience is based upon developing a number of career enhancing skills such as: developing an effective elevator speech, i.e., “Tell Me About Yourself (TMAY), creating “Success Bites” which make your resume and cover letter rise to the top of the heap of all candidates being considered for a job, setting your job-hunting goals, networking in person and via social media and conducting practice interviews just to name a few.

In this presentation we will discuss:

• Your understanding of the theory of multiple intelligences

• How to discover your particular genius

• How to illuminate the brilliance found in any organization

• How to think like a genius and better communicate your value to others.
