Susan has worked with a wide range of individuals and organizations including The Baltimore Ravens, Under Armour, Johns Hopkins Technology Ventures, The Better Business Bureau of Maryland and a wide range of service based businesses. Susan is very active in the Baltimore business community serving on advisory boards and committees for a variety of organizations. 

Prior to starting her business, Susan was in executive management with two major publishing firms, and responsible for revenue and profit growth throughout most of her career. 

Susan has helped many people transition into exciting jobs. Her book, Create Your Dream Job, will be available in February 2016.
